Another Dominant Week At Radio For GEICO

Auto insurance is a huge category for broadcast media. But, the latest Spot Ten Radio report is devoid of any of GEICO’s competitors.


It was another huge week for GEICO, with more than 50,000 spot plays detected by iHeart-owned Media Monitors.

But, Progressive and Liberty Mutual Insurance — big users of broadcast media in recent months — were hardly as active as GEICO on radio.

In fact, the only competitor to GEICO in the latest Spot Ten is State Farm.

Meanwhile, brochitis is going around, and that means more spending from Walgreens, CVS and Vicks.
