AOL Music, www.music.aol.com, and AOL Television, www.television.aol.com, notched all time highs in unique visitors according to the just released December comScore media metrics numbers. AOL Music, the only music site to garner more than 20 million unique visitors a month, notched an all time high of 24.6 million unique visitors in December to remain the most visited music site on the web for the entirety of 2008. In addition, AOL Music’s TheBoot.com, for country fans, Spinner.com for music tastemakers and TheBoomBox.com, for hip hop fans, each rank #1 in their respective subcategories.
AOL Television, the only music site to garner more than 15 million unique visitors in December, garnered a record 15.9 million unique visitors, up from 9.8 million unique visitors in December 2007, to remain number one in the television category.
