The Corporation for National and Community Service and NAB are asking radio stations to air PSAs which support President-elect Barack Obama’s call to service by calling on Americans to serve on the Martin Luther King Holiday and throughout the year. The holiday is next Monday, one day before Obama’s inauguration. The spots feature recordings of Dr. King’s voice and narration by Isaac Newton Farris, Jr., CEO and President of the King Center in Atlanta. The PSAs are on the NAB spot center.
