New Jersey Attorney General Anne Milgram didn’t meet the December 26th deadline to respond to Arbitron’s federal lawsuit seeking to block her from interfering with its Portable People Meter (PPM) deployment. Instead, she asked for an extension until January 26th – with support from Arbitron. The New Jersey AG told the court that her office is in negotiation with Arbitron’s legal counsel on a possible settlement.
