The auto insurance brand is still on top, but it has some new challengers.
Debuting at No. 2 with a new campaign is Allstate.
Close behind at No. 3 is GEICO, rising from No. 8.
Meanwhile, Liberty Mutual Insurance remains in the Top 5, making a new effort from JCPenney the only non-auto insurance brand to be in the top half of the latest Spot Ten Cable report.
