One of the “benefits” of being in debtor-in-possession status, for the investor, are the required filings on a monthly basis of a company’s financial health. Such is the case with iHeartMedia, which supplied a Houston U.S. Bankruptcy Court with a 16-page synposis of how it fared in October.
The verdict? Things are improving, as billions of dollars in debt reduction is being sought.
