CFO Paul Rahmlow signed off on the transaction for Midwest Communications Inc.

The translator is associated with WHBL-AM Sheboygan. It’s a Class B on 1330 kHz with 5 kW-D, 1 kW-N, DA2.
Other Midwest stations in the market include WHBZ-FM, WBFM-FM and WXER-FM.
Sheboygan is located on the shores of Lake Michigan north of Milwaukee. Eastlan provides ratings service to the market.
