The sale of WAMG-AM & WLLH-AM to Gois Communications is now a done deal. Seller WS Media picked up approximately $1.8M, according to broker Frank Boyle, who handled the transaction for the seller. WS is in the process of spinning off its last six stations, all in the Elmira-Corning NY market. For Hispanic group Gois, the closing gives it a third market to go along with its properties in Hartford CT and Worcester MA.
