There will be a little something in the stockings of Beasley shareholders a couple of days after the day when many Americans will be exchanging and opening gifts, in the form of a dividend.
The payout will go to holders of Class A and Class B common stock. They have to be on board by 12/22/12, and can expect disbursement less than a week later, on 12/27/12.
The payout is $0.085 per share. Beasley’s board of directors said it is a special one-time event.
Beasley Broadcast Group has 44 radio stations in 11 markets of various sizes.
