Thursday proved to be another disastrous day on Wall Street for Beasley Broadcast Group. Trading as BBGI, the radio broadcasting company’s stock slid 5% on low trading volume. It puts Beasley shares back to where they were in June 2016.
With just 21,052 shares trading hands on average volume of 34,811 shares, BBGI will open on Friday at $4.37.
This compares to a price of $11.80 seen on July 2 and a $13.95 close to start the year, on Jan. 1.
Beasley carries a 1-year target estimate of $7.
Meanwhile, the struggles continue for Entercom, which is down to $6.43 with a 13-cent dip.
Salem Media Group is also struggling with its stock price. It will open Friday’s trading at $2.59, down 4 cents from Thursday.
Townsquare Media shares aren’t performing much better. Thursday’s trading saw TSQ slide by 19 cents, to $5.47.
