Beasley Strikes A Streaming Relationship With Entercom

Sure, they may compete against each other in markets such as Boston and Detroit, but when it comes to audio streaming and ensuring a radio station can be accessed via a smart speaker, smart phone or good ol’ laptops, partnerships matter.

That’s why Entercom Communications is benefiting from a just-inked deal that will bring Beasley Media Group‘s content to Entercom’s Radio.com app.

As part of the agreement, Beasley will add live-stream channels for each of its 64 stations across 15 markets to Radio.com, along with all of its premium on-demand audio and podcasts.

Corey Podolsky, Entercom’s VP/Business Development, says the partnership will give Beasley’s “20 million weekly listeners a new destination to consume their favorite audio content, while providing our existing consumers more options to satisfy their listening habits.”

Beasley Chief Content Officer Justin Chase adds,  “Listeners are consuming our content in more places than ever and we are excited to expand the distribution for our amazing brands on this first-class audio platform.”
