Now that Beasley Media Group has settled in as the owner of Greater Media’s former radio stations in Detroit and Boston, it has set a new sales leader for its stations in the two markets.

Now serving as Regional Director of National Sales for Beasley’s Boston and Detroit radio markets is Brian Samborski.

He joins Beasley after most recently serving as a Boston-based Director of Agency Partnerships at iHeart Media. He took the position in May 2016 after serving as NSM for Greater Media’s Boston cluster, holding that role for 12 years.

Before that, he served as Director of Sales for Interep/CBS Radio Sales.

Meanwhile, Matt Smith is shifting from Beasley’s Wilmington, Del., cluster to Philadelphia, where he will assist recently installed Market Manager Joe Bell as VP/GM of three stations in the Cradle of Liberty:  Sports WPEN-FM 97.5, Sports WTEL-AM 610 and multicultural WWDB-AM 860.

Smith served as Market Manager in Wilmington, where AJ Lurie takes the role of VP/Market Manager. He formerly served as Director/Sales for Beasley’s Fort Myers-Naples, Fla., cluster.
