Colon Johnston of Yazoo City, MS, (“Johnston”) and ZOO-Bel Broadcasting, LLC, a Yazoo City, MS, limited liability company (“Licensee,” and collectively with Johnston, “Seller”), and New South Radio Inc. (“Buyer”) of North Meridian, MS, have agreed on the sale of radio broadcast station WBYP(FM), Belzoni, Mississippi (FCC ID 28117) for $200,000.
The agreement date was August 10, 2018. (Johnston owns the real estate at 7 Mile Road, Midnight, MS. The “Tower Site.”)
The Seller was represented by Colon Johnston, PO Box 130, Yazoo City, MS, 39194. The Buyer was represented by David D. Burns of Pillsbury, Winthrop, Shaw, Pittman LLC, 1200 17th Street NW, Washington, DC, 20036.
