The audio assets offered by Benztown are about to be enhanced via its acquisition of sound effects specialist Alien Imaging. Program services provider Benztown is acquiring a 50% stake in AI.
Terms of the deal were not released.
Benztown provides radion imaging and a production library, as well as programming, jingle and voiceover services.
Alien offers AI FX, an audio production package with effects, music elements, drones and other sounds.
