A radio industry veteran who has worked in the Hudson Valley of New York and Poconos of Pennsylvania will now be running a group of radio stations in the hub of the Hoosier State.

It is a return to radio management for this individual, who has spent the last eight years as Region President for Adams+Fairway Outdoor Advertising.

Now serving as Market President for iHeartMedia is Brett Beshore.

In this new role, Beshore will oversee iHeartMedia Indianapolis’ four radio station brands and lead the market’s operations, including sales, on-air and digital programming, events and promotion initiatives.

“We couldn’t be more excited to have Brett bring his 20 plus years of sales and leadership experience to iHeartMedia Indianapolis,” says Earl Jones, President of iHeartMedia’s Kentucky-Indiana Region, who Beshore reports to. “His understanding of our brands and products, as well as how we can utilize those tools to meet clients’ needs.”

Beshore has a lengthy radio industry resume. From 2009-2011, he served in VP/Market Manager for iHeartMedia’s stations in Poughkeepsie and Middletown-Newburgh, N.Y. Before that, he was VP/GM for Times-Shamrock Communications in Scranton, Pa. From 2007-2008, Beshore was VP/GM of Cumulus Media’s Danbury, Conn., stations.

Early career stops include roles at Sabre Communications, and from 2000-2005 was GSM of Greater Media’s Philadelphia stations.

From 2011-2017, Beshore was Division President of Clear Channel Outdoor.

“I’m thrilled to return to iHeartMedia to lead this heritage market,” says Beshore. “iHeartMedia has tremendous brand recognition in the market and a highly talented team. I look forward to delivering results for our advertisers and providing great radio entertainment for our listeners.”
