A North Carolina entrepreneur is solidly in the Republican camp on most issues. But this does not include climate change, and he’s prepared to spend millions in an attempt to change the Party’s tune on that subject.
But none of the millions appear to be headed to broadcast outlets, according to an article in Politico.
