Herm Elenbaas and his Elenbaas Media has a deal to sell KMZK-AM in Billings MT to a noncommercial religious group called Agnus Dei Communications. The station is already running a Contemporary Christian format.
Agnus Dei is headed by Michael Schneider.

The price for the station, which has 1 kW day and night on 1240 kHz, will be $300K. $20K will go into escrow, and will be added to another $30K in cash at closing. That will be followed by a $50K payment 4/1/11, a $100K payment 10/1/12 and a final $100K payment 10/1/13.

FM translator K248BL is included in the deal, but the KMZK call letters are not – they will remain with Elenbaas.

Elenbaas also retains KURL-FM in the market. It acquired that station in a swap with Cherry Creek Radio in a deal filed with the FCC in late May. It gave up KURL-AM for the station, which at the time was using call letters KYYA.
