Dirk Hall’s Peggy Sue Broadcasting Corporation is selling WRIC-FM Richlands VA to RR & WT Broadcasting Inc., forming a non-overlapping market-definition duopoly in the Bluefield WV Arbitron market. The price is $350K cash, with an LMA kicking in until closing. Ownership of RR & WT is evenly divided between Ronald D. Witt, Richard L. Witt, Katherine L. Witt and Patricia A. Tolley. They already own WSTG-FM, which serves the market from Princeton WV. WRIC-FM serves the western reaches of Bluefield.
