Boomer Esiason to contribute to CBS Sports Radio

CBS RadioCBS Sports Radio says leading television analyst and radio host will play a key role in the network’s programming when it launches in September on at least 90 stations nationwide. The 14-year vet and NFL Most Valuable Player will deliver commentary and updates on the current headlines during the CBS Sports Minute.  Additionally, Esiason will provide unique insight and opinion as CBS Sports Radio’s Senior NFL Analyst.


Esiason will be heard weekday mornings near the top of the hour from 6:00-10:00AM on CBS Sports Radio stations, including premier outlets WFAN in New York, WSCR in Chicago, KNBR in San Francisco and WIP-FM in Philadelphia, among others.

Audiences will also hear directly from Esiason throughout the NFL season as he weighs in on players, coaches, upcoming match-ups, and the day’s trending topics.  He will similarly be available to CBS Sports Radio stations as the news warrants in the pre- and off-season.

Esiason is entering his 11th year as a studio analyst for The NFL Today, the CBS Television Network’s NFL pre-game show.  He also co-hosts morning drive on 660 Sports Radio WFAN in New York with Craig Carton – the team will celebrate their fifth anniversary with the station in September.
