The over-the-air broadcast television network for African-Americans launching 9/26 keeps adding markets and groups: This time it’s Philadelphia and Kansas City on multicast channels from Lenfest Broadcasting’s WMCN-TV and on Meredith Local Media Group’s KSMO-TV, respectively.
Bounce TV also has affiliation agreements with Weigel, Gannett, Belo, Nexstar, LIN TV and Raycom Media.
“With our H. Chase Lenfest Foundation having a strong presence in the African American community in Philadelphia, Bounce TV is a perfect partner for WMCN and vice versa,” commented Jon Gorchow, President of Lenfest Broadcasting, LLC.
