After saying that Friday’s deadline for its tender offer would not be extended again, Cox Enterprises has done just that. The buyout offer for all public shareholders of Cox Radio at $4.80 per share has been extended to 5:00 pm ET Tuesday (5/19). The number of shares tendered by Friday came up just short of the minimum required.
