The last regulatory hurdle has been cleared. The FCC has given its approval to the $2.5 billion acquisition of Citadel Broadcasting by Cumulus Media, just days after the DOJ also cleared the deal. That means the transaction can go to closing after Citadel shareholders vote Thursday (9/15).
