The initial public offering was a dollar above the projected price range of $20-22 per share. Thus, The Nielsen Company will raise more than the anticipated $2 billion from its offering of common stock and mandatory convertible bonds. The stock begins trading Wednesday on the NYSE as “NLSN.”
