Brian Thomas named Cumulus Corporate PD; PD of NASH FM NYC

Brian-Thomas-Head-ShotCumulus Media announced Thomas joined the company as Corporate Program Director and as Program Director of WNSH-FM NASH FM New York. WNSH PD John Foxx will focus fully on WPLJ, where he continues as PD. Thomas comes to Cumulus from CBS, where he was most recently National Vice President of Classic Hits programming, PD of Country WQYK-FM and Classic Hits WRBQ-FM, and VP/Programming in Tampa.


In his new position Thomas will focus on several formats, including Classic Hits. He will be based in NYC. This is a return to New York for Brian, as prior to his move to Tampa he programmed WCBS-FM, JACK-FM and WWFS/FRESH FM into the top 10 in The Big Apple.
