The markets opened on the day after Christmas and although trading was said to be quiet, most broadcast stocks did very well. SBS enjoyed a big surge, while iHeart had a case of the blues.
The RBR Radio Index rose 16.254, or 2.3%, to 710.230.
The TVBR Television Index rose 7.307, or 0.8%, to 919.555.
