Stocks are trading up, and broadcast stocks are going up with them. In fact, radio stocks gained about one and a half percent, and television stocks were up about one percent, while DJI, S&P and Nasdaq all measured gains in mere fractions of a percent. The biggest broadcast gainers and losers all happened to be on the radio side.
The RBR Radio Index rose 5.142, or 1.6%, to 332.685.
The TVBR Television Index rose 2.096, or 1.0%, to 221.395.
