The privately compiled ADP National Employment Report put private sector job growth at 119,000 for April, which was below expectations and cast a cloud over Wall Street. The Dow Jones Industrial Average slipped 11 points, or 0.1%, to 13,269. Broadcasting stocks, however, were among the gainers as some TV groups reported strong Q1 results.
The RBR Radio Index was up 7.206, or 1.7%, to 428.326.
The TVBR Television Index was up 2.656, or 1.1%, to 248.631.
