Brooke Burke joins TV Land's “She's Got The Look”

TV Land announced today that television personality, entrepreneur and former winner of “Dancing With The Stars” Brooke Burke will host the third season of TV Land’s original hit reality modeling competition “She’s Got The Look.” This season of “She’s Got The Look,” which begins production next week in Los Angeles, CA, sets out to discover a beautiful, sophisticated and confident woman over the age of 35 who has the potential to transform herself into a model, representing some of the most high-profile brands and highly-coveted campaigns in the fashion and beauty industries. In other casting news, the network announced that model and TV reporter Roshumba Williams is joining the series as a judge along with celebrity stylist Robert Verdi and Wilhelmina president Sean Patterson. Emmy Award-winner Allison Grodner (“Big Brother,” “Blowout”) returns as executive producer and has teamed up with executive producer Rich Meehan (“Big Brother”) in their first project together under their new banner, Fly On The Wall Entertainment. The show has also renewed partnerships with SELF Magazine and world-renowned modeling agency, Wilhelmina Models, Inc.

Throughout the past three seasons of “She’s Got The Look,” contestants have ranged from the ages of 35 to 72 years-old. The exposure and success from the series has secured a variety of top-tier bookings for many of the show’s alumni with clients such as: Kmart, Verizon, AT&T, Nicole Miller Cosmetics, Hallmark, Microsoft, Toyota, Volvo and many more. These achievements fulfill the shows premise that beauty is timeless.

TV personality and former “Dancing With The Stars” winner Brooke Burke has graced numerous magazine covers, had top-selling swimsuit calendars and is regularly ranked in men’s magazines as one of the sexiest women in the world today. The mother of four has most recently returned to television as the new “Mommy Correspondent” on the nationally syndicated hit daytime talk show “The Doctors.” Burke serves as a liaison between mothers everywhere and the esteemed panel of doctors.

She recently became CEO of ModernMom.com, an online community for the woman behind the mom. In the fall of 2007 Burke, the entrepreneur, launched an online store called babooshbaby.com, featuring her popular post-pregnancy belly wraps, “Tauts.” As a pro blogger, she offers an in-depth look into her personal life, which can be experienced on her daily blog at www.ModernMom.com.

Burke hosted “Wild On…” (1997) on E! which was seen in 120 countries and in more than 400 million homes. She teamed with CBS and executive producer Mark Burnett (“Survivor”) to co-host the reality series, “Rock Star: INXS” (2005), with celebrated rock guitarist Dave Navarro (formerly of Jane’s Addiction and Red Hot Chili Peppers). The following year, Burke and Navarro once again co-hosted a second installment of the series, “Rock Star: Supernova” (2006). She also hosted NBC’s pre-show for the 66th Annual Golden Globe Awards with Tiki Barber and Nancy O’Dell.

Roshumba Williams is best known as a model and cover-girl, a lifestyle expert, television host, reporter and author. She is a five-time Sports Illustrated Swimsuit edition model and has been seen on the pages of Vogue, Elle, Essence and The New York Times Sunday magazine.

As a correspondent broadcaster and television personality she has been seen on Entertainment Tonight, VH1, CNN’s “Showbiz Tonight,” HGTV, “Hollywood Squares,” the Tennis Channel and as a host of the NBC primetime “Sports Illustrated Swimsuit Model Search,” among others. Prior to her broadcast career Williams was recognized as one of the world’s top models. For over a decade she walked the runway for designers Yves Saint Laurent, Versace and Chanel. She represented Cover Girl, Hanes and Clairol. Williams is the author of The Complete Idiots Guide To Being A Model Second Edition (Penguin 2007). The book was a top seller in its category.
