Bubba the Love Sponge, known as Bubba Clem, says Nielsen still hasn’t proved a ratings tampering case against him and he’s seeking dismissal.
In the latest filing in civil court in Florida obtained by RBR+TVBR, Clem asserts Nielsen “abandoned” its original complaint against him “in favor of an amended complaint” that has several defects.
