The 53rd Annual Coke Zero 400, powered by Coca-Cola NASCAR Sprint Cup Series, has chosen Radio IO Internet and syndicated radio talker Bubba the Love Sponge Clem as honorary pace car driver on Saturday, 7/2 at Daytona International Speedway and will offer a special ‘Bubba Army’ tailgate ticket package exclusively for the show’s listeners.

Bubba will be in the driver’s seat of the Dodge Charger pace car that leads the 43-car field to the green flag for the 160-lap, 400-mile holiday weekend classic under the lights at Daytona.

“Daytona International Speedway is hallowed ground,” said Bubba, “I’m going to have goose bumps behind the wheel of the Dodge Charger on NASCAR’s most prestigious track.”

Bubba and his crew, Matt ‘Spice’ Loyd, Brent Hatley, Manson and Ned discuss the hot topics and controversial newsmakers of the day. The Radio IO show is simulcast mornings on terrestrial stations WHPT 102.5 Tampa, WFYV 104.5 Jacksonville, WHTQ 96.5 Orlando, WRXK 96.1 Ft. Myers and WYBB 98.1 Charleston, SC.
