Amador Bustos’ radio group, Bustos Media Holdings LLC, already has four AM stations in the Portland OR market, and has a pending deal for a 5th. Now it has yet another deal in the works for its first Portland-area FM.
The station is KTIL-FM, which is listed as licensed to Government Camp OR on the transfer application. The seller is Oregon Eagle Inc., headed by Van Moe.
Bustos will pay $265K cash for the station.
Already in the Bustos Portland fold are KGDD-AM, KRYN-AM, KLPM-AM & KOOR-AM. The deal already in the works is for KTRP-AM CP – Bustos is paying $500K to JNE Investments as detailed in a transaction filed with the FCC 10/29/09.
