WWQD-FM DeKalb MS is at the moment a mere construction permit, and time is running out to get it up and running. The price will include the buyer’s cost to construct plus cash.

The station’s construction permit expires 4/26/13, so it is definitely time to get out the toolkit and start nailing things together.

The seller is Catholic Radio Network Inc., headed by James O’Laughlin.

The buyer is The Power Network, headed by John R. McClure Jr.

TPN will pay $4K cash in addition to covering prudent construction costs.

The station is licensed as a Class A on 90.3 MHz with 4 kW @ 266’.

DeKalb is in the eastern portion of Mississippi northeast Meridian, which at one time was an Arbitron market. It is near the state line with Alabama.
