A group of people have banded together as S and H Broadcasting, according to brokerage Kalil & Co., and under the leadership of Gregory J. Smith, will be acquiring KRSX-FM in unrated California territory. The station is licensed to Yermo CA.

The sellers are EDB VV License LLC/El Dorado Broadcasters LLC. It’s under Jason R. Wolff and is part of the Frontier Radio Management group.

The price is $100K cash.

According to documents filed with the FCC, a number of people have a stake in S&H besides Gregory Smith, including some other Smiths. Others listed are Carol J. Smithy, Patricia Thurman, Angela Koplan, Walter Smith, Gwyn Schneider, Denise Deblieck, Russell Smith and David Hartman. Although Gregory Smith and Hartman have other broadcast interests, there are no local co-ownership implications in the acquisition of KRSX.
