Chuck Hagel (R-NE), Rep. Fred Upton (R-MI), Rep. Dennis Moore (D-KS), American Federation of Musicians, Country Music Association, the Grand Ole Opry, The International Music Products Association and The Recording Artists Coalition, a group of television manufacturers, and Spanish-language broadcasters Telemundo and ZGS Communications. The FCC takes up the matter tomorrow.
