Campbell names new VP/Global Advertising and Design

Campbell Soup Company announced the appointment of Maureen Linder as Vice President of Global Advertising and Design. She will be based at Campbell’s headquarters in Camden and will report to Carl Johnson, SVP and Chief Strategy Officer, and Sean Connolly, President of Campbell USA. Linder will provide support to all of Campbell’s business units. The appointment is effective immediately.


Most recently, Linder was Vice President, Brand Strategy and Marketing Services for Pepperidge Farm, a subsidiary of Campbell.

In her new role, Linder, 46, will oversee Campbell’s global advertising and design, including creative development, design, digital media, and media planning and buying. She will work closely with Campbell’s key business leaders and outside partners to advance the company’s advertising excellence. Linder is responsible for managing Campbell’s relationship with key marketing partners, including ad agencies BBDO and Young & Rubicam and its buying agency Mediaedge:cia.

Earlier in her career, Linder held marketing, brand management and sales roles at leading consumer brand companies, including Barilla America, The Quaker Oats Company and Bristol-Myers Squibb.
