CANNY, Russell launch joint ad insertion


HandshakeCable Ad Net NY Inc. and the Russell Municipal Cable system in western Mass. jointly announced the launch of local ad insertion. CANNY is applying its sales & TV production skills to bear on this new market: “We are experts at unlocking both NCC-driven business coupled strongly with the main street dollars that are often overlooked.”

Inserted nets are CNN, USA, ESPN, TNT, TBS, American Family, Fox News and NESN. These nets present the core of cable’s viewer erosion of OTA TV affiliates.

The systems are in the Springfield / Holyoke Mass DMA. NCC’s sales team is excited to add these subs to their agency presentations.

CANNY is in its 27th year of cable ad sales.
