SoldCodComm Inc. got its start with an acquisition of stations put on the market by the breakup of Nassau Broadcasting. Now the company is building on it by picking up the CP for a fourth FM in the Cape Cod market.

The station, which does not yet have call letters assigned, will operate on 98.7 MHz as a Class A with 6 kW @ 161’. Its city of license is East Harwich MA.

The buyer is headed by John H. Garabedian.

The seller is Liveair Communications Inc., headed by David A. Wang.

The price will be $90K, with $10K already plunked down pursuant to a 5/15/12 purchase option between the two companies, and the rest coming in cash at closing.

CodComm’s other stations came in a $2.75M bankruptcy deal that was accepted by the FCC at just about the same time the purchase option was signed, 5/16/12.

The East Harwich CP will serve the eastern portion of the market, and will pair up nicely with 93.5 MHz WFRQ-FM Harwich Port. 102.9 MHz WPXC-FM Hyannis and 101.1 MHz WHYA-FM Mashpee are both oriented more to the western side of the market. All four are Class A stations.
