Ray will lead the Procter & Gamble account in North America, in addition to serving as head of communications planning. He replaces Martin Cass, who was promoted last week to President of Carat US. Ray formerly served as SVP, Group Director, Communications Planning. Ray has 16 years of experience in advertising, branding, media and communications planning, working with Fortune 500 companies such as P&G, Pfizer, General Motors, Unilever, United Parcel Service, Comcast, among others.
Prior to joining Carat, Doug was a managing partner at DiMassimo Brand Advertising.
