Max Media’s CHR Hot 100.5 (WVHT-FM Norfolk-Virginia Beach) will officially kick-off summer in Hampton Roads with a star-studded lineup for the first-ever Hot Summer Fiasco on Saturday, 6/8 at the nTelos Wireless Pavilion in Portsmouth, VA. Artists appearing at the event include Carly Rae Jepsen, Icona Pop, Cher Lloyd, MKTO, Nikki Williams and Classified.
Jepsen, whose “Call Me Maybe” was one of the biggest pop hits of 2012, started her climb to the top in 2007 when she finished in the top 3 of “Canadian Idol.”
“We are very excited to work with IMG Concerts and the nTelos Wireless Pavilion to put together this lineup of pop-music icons” says Paul McCoy, Hot 100.5 PD. “The setting of the venue right on the water will enhance the energy radiating from the stage.”
