Carr Talks, Warshaw Woos At Federalist Society Affair

WASHINGTON, D.C. — Until now, Republican FCC Commissioner Brendan Carr has been rather silent on issues pertaining to the radio and television industry. However, it was widely known that he’s largely in support of rule “modernization” championed by his GOP colleagues.


On Tuesday, Carr will make it known that “Ownership Limits in an Increasingly Competitive Audio Marketplace” are indeed in his wheelhouse.

Also appearing at this Federalist Society luncheon presentation: One of the nation’s ad spend insight forecasters, and one of the most vocal proponents of further radio industry deregulation.
