According to brokerage Kalil and Co., a deal sending a five-radio-station cluster out of receivership and into the hands of a company headed by members of the Ingstad family has reached the finish line. Buyers Last Frontier Mediactive come away with an AM and four FMs.

The stations were part of the ill-fated New Northwest Broadcasters group, and were sold by Revitalization Partners LLC, General Receiver, headed by Alan M. Davis.

The Ingstads in this particular deal are Tor H. and Robert J. They have also teamed to buy five New Northwest stations in the Klamath Falls area.

The Fairbanks deal, filed with the FCC 7/18/11, was valued at $2.085M cash. The earlier Klamath Falls deal was for $1.625M.

The Fairbanks stations include KCBF-AM, KFAR-AM, KWLF-FM and KXLR-FM, all licensed to Fairbanks, and College AK station KTDZ-FM.
