CBS Corporation announced that it will assume control of all international television distribution for the CSI franchise. That follows closing of an agreement with GS Capital partners, a private equity fund managed by Goldman Sachs & Co., which had previously purchased Alliance Atlantis’ financial interest in CSI. GS Capital Partners will remain 50/50 partners with CBS in owning the CSI franchise.
