Already the biggest broadcaster of college basketball, CBS is adding the right to telecast 20 more games during the 2012-2013 season and 26 more during subsequent seasons in a pact with Disney’s cable sports icon ESPN.

Included in the deal are rights for six ACC games in the first year of the pact and 12 ACC contests per year thereafter.

In addition to the ACC, CBS will get games involving teams in the Big 12 and Pac-12 conferences. It will also broadcast the Missouri Valley Conference Championship during the duration of the agreement, as well as the Atlantic 10 Conference Championship game in 2013.

Terms of the deal were not disclosed.
