CBSNews.com and CBS Mobile are inviting Americans to submit videos and photos that express the challenges their communities are facing. The videos will be accepted during the first 100 days of the Obama Administration, and will give CBS News the opportunity to highlight thoughts from the American people on the places in our country that need the most attention, and the issues that President Obama should address during his first months in office. People can learn how to upload their videos at www.cbsnews.com/First100Days

To help people create their videos, CBSNews.com is partnering with Pure Digital Technologies to give away a total of 50 Flip MinoHD camcorders, with one winner to be selected from each of the 50 states. To enter, they must submit an essay (no more than 500 words) explaining why they should win a Flip MinoHD camcorder to [email protected]. The contest is open to legal residents of the 50 states and D.C. who are 18 years old or over at the time of entry. Void where prohibited. For complete rules, please visit CBSNews.com.

A select number of videos and photos submitted to CBSNews.com before the January 20th Inauguration, will also be featured during a live, one-hour primetime special anchored by Couric, as well as on the live webcast that Couric will host on CBSNews.com and CNET.com at 10:00 PM ET on Inauguration Night.

In addition, CBSNews.com and CBSEyeMobile.com, will be accepting videos from anyone who wants to upload their own videos and add their perspective of Obama’s first 100 days.  To upload and view their videos, participants can go to CBSNews.com or CBSEyeMobile.com.
