CBS Radio: A Down Q1 For A ‘Discontinued Operation’

With Entercom Communications set to release its Q1 2017 earnings results on Monday morning, CBS Corp. on Thursday afternoon shared details of its revenues at CBS Radio, which is entering into a tax-free, Reverse Morris Trust-fueled merger with Entercom.

It’s already considered a “discontinued operation” for CBS Corp., and in its 10-Q filing with the Securities and Exchange Commission reveals that its soon-to-be-former radio division had a lackluster Q1.
