CBS scores conditional Thursday win

Three of the big four networks were running locally-oriented preseason NFL football games, with an unknown effect on ratings. But such as they are, they went into the CBS column, ahead of #2 ABC. Univision and NBC tied for 4th and Fox as well back of the pack.
