CBS wins Monday with repeats and CSI: Miami #2

“The Big Bang Theory” Leads the Night in Adults 18-49.”Two and a Half Men” Is Tops in Viewers. CBS’s Monday night rebroadcasts of its comedy block and CSI: MIAMI led the Network to a first place finish in viewers and key demographics, according to Nielsen preliminary live plus same day ratings for Aug. 23.


HOW I MET YOUR MOTHER (R) was second in households (3.3/06), viewers (5.00m), adults 25-54 (2.0/06), adults 18-49 (1.7/06) and adults 18-34 (1.3/05).     

RULES OF ENGAGEMENT (R) (3.5/06, 5.35m) was second in adults 25-54 (2.3/06, -0.1 behind ABC) and adults 18-49 (1.8/06).

TWO AND A HALF MEN (R) was first in households (5.4/09), viewers (8.23m), adults 25-54 (3.1/08) and adults 18-49 (2.3/06).  TWO AND A HALF MEN was the night’s #1 program in viewers. 

THE BIG BANG THEORY (R) was first in households (5.2/08), viewers (8.18m), adults 25-54 (3.4/08) and adults 18-49 (2.6/07).  THE BIG BANG THEORY was the night’s #1 program in both adults 25-54 and adults 18-49. 

CSI: MIAMI (R) was first in households (4.3/07), second in viewers (6.50m) and adults 25-54 (2.2/06) and tied for second in adults 18-49 (1.6/05, with ABC).   

For the night, CBS was first in households (4.3/07), viewers (6.63m) and adults 25-54 (2.6/07); it was tied for first in adults 18-49 (1.9/06, with ABC).
