Clear Channel Media and Entertainment announced that Steven Macri has joined the company as CFO, effective immediately. Marci will be based in New York City and will report to John Hogan, CCME CEO.
As CFO Macri will oversee the administrative, financial and risk management operations for Clear Channel Media and Entertainment. He will develop financial strategies and tactical initiatives to further the company’s operations across all lines of business.
“Steven has a proven track record of successfully generating revenue growth and improving margins for large global corporations,” said Hogan. “He is a seasoned strategic and financial planning and analysis professional whose financial leadership experience will be an asset to the Clear Channel management team.”

Macri joins Clear Channel from LogicSource, a strategic sourcing company where he served as CFO. Prior to LogicSource, he was EVP and CFO at Warner Music Group.
