Clear Channel Media and Entertainment says radio vet Nancy Abramson has joined the company in the newly-created role of Director, Digital Affiliates for National Media Groups. Abramson, who comes to CCM+E from The Wall Street Journal Radio Network, will be based in New York and report to Julie Talbott, President of Content and Affiliate Services for National Media Groups, Clear Channel Media and Entertainment.
Abramson will be focused on the company’s digital partnerships with radio ownership groups and stations and be a dedicated point of contact for communication and conducting business surrounding the company’s digital platforms including iHeartRadio, Premiere Networks programming, personality websites and audio streams. This position will service the team by sharing key info regarding digital updates and tools, multi-platform promotions, research data and more, and will assist in further leveraging the opportunities across iHeartRadio and Premiere Networks. In addition, Abramson will be responsible for expanding Premiere’s network of radio station groups and affiliates.
