Cell Surge For Spot Radio

Wireless services brands aren’t abundant among the companies using spot radio to reach consumers. But, there’s one standout that is present in the latest Media Monitors Spot Ten Radio report.


That would be Sprint, which for the week ending Dec. 2 is the eighth most-active brand using AM and FM radio to reach consumers.

The big two are of little surprise to regular chart watchers: The Home Depot and GEICO, each of which powered up more than 40,000 spots.

Also of note is eBay, with some 31,483 spots putting it at No. 4.
